I began this work out of a simple conviction: healing should feel like coming home, not like another battle to fight. My own journey through burnout, overwhelm, and the search for balance showed me that true restoration happens when we pause, return to stillness, and allow the body and mind to remember what wholeness feels like.

I serve women and men who are navigating stress, hormone imbalances, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from giving so much to everyone else. You don’t have to chase healing or push harder; you need a path that honors your unique rhythm and offers space to breathe again.

My philosophy is rooted in Ayurveda, an ancient system that respects nature’s cycles, individual constitution, and the body’s innate capacity to heal. I weave this wisdom with a modern (and personal) understanding of stress physiology, trauma recovery, and the need for gentle, sustainable nourishment, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I hold a Master's Degree in Ayurvedic Wellness, Integrative Medicine, and Life Coaching (cum laude), with advanced study in Maharishi Ayurveda. I am a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Massage Therapist, trained in pulse assessment, Ayurvedic nutrition, and lifestyle therapies. My background also includes military service, which gave me discipline and a profound respect for resilience.

Healing doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic. It can begin with small things: a grounding breath, a bowl of warm food, the courage to rest, and someone to walk beside you. My role is to bring knowledge, presence, and tools so you can reconnect with what’s already inside you.
